Extra Expenses Insurance
This insurance relates to equipment in the broadest sense, that is buildings, props or scenery, things required for the production. If the production has to be interrupted or even called off because they are damaged, the producer is covered for the additional costs incurred as well as the costs expended in vain if the production has to be called off. These risks are covered within the scope of a film policy package.
