3rd DFG Berlinale Dinner - Thanks to family & friends

In 2019, the DFG again insured a large number of the most successful German cinema films. These included, for example, the most successful film of the year, "Das perfekte Geheimnis", which attracted over 5.2 million visitors, as well as the film "System Crasher", which won eight awards at the German Film Prize and which the DFG had previously presented at the annual DFG film evening at the Abaton cinema.

Hamburg, 2 March 2020  -   The German Film Insurance Association took the successful year 2019 as an opportunity to thank its clients, friends and partners for their support.

For the third year in a row, a dinner in a personal atmosphere at the well-known Restaurant Dieckmann was arranged at the Berlinale.

Among the guests were producers, production managers, actors, insurers and insurance brokers as well as many friends and colleagues.

The event was traditionally opened with a speech of thanks by the managing directors of the DFG, Robert von Bennigsen and Hendrik Bockelmann, and ended late at night with a pleasant drink.

We are already looking forward to the upcoming Berlinale Dinner 2021.
