8 Lolas for "Systemsprenger"

The DFG-insured film "Systemsprenger" by Nora Fingscheidt cleaned up well at this year's German Film Prize awards.
The film was one of the favourites with ten nominations and finally won eight Lolas.

Hamburg, 27 April 2020  -   In addition to the categories best script, best director, female supporting role, sound design and editing, the film won the probably most coveted award as best feature film.

Two further prizes went to the actors: eleven-year-old Helena Zengel played the leading role and received the Lola for best female lead for her portrayal of little Benni. Albrecht Schuch received the Lola for best leading actor.

The DFG would like to extend its warmest congratulations and is delighted with the winners.
